We've been discussing this behind the scenes for A LONG TIME and we finally launched our Sparklefly Independent Sales Consultant Community in June! Each month, our goal is to invite one more fantastic woman to join us.
Why I Created the Sparklefly Candle Independent Sales Consultant Program
To unite our powers to create a world in which we celebrate the little things, choose to love always and let our sparkle fly.
Our mission is to create a community of women who will work together to promote products that celebrate the tiny moments of joy that shine through each day. To reach as many women as possible in the most authentic and personal way that we can. We believe that through this program, with your help, we can accomplish that.
Who is a Sparklefly Independent Sales Consultant
An amazing woman who is ready to share their love for Sparklefly and spread our message of joy to their peers in a real, honest and positive way.
As a consultant, you are not an employee of Sparklefly, this is your business. You decide when and where to sell and how much time you spend on your business. This allows you to create a personal business that fits into the life you want to live and which you can grow as large or as small as you wish.
What Does a Sparklefly Independent Sales Consultant Do
- Share your Sparklefly story by hosting personal shopping events with your customers in-person at someone’s home, at a local shop, at a cafe, or by hosting virtual Facebook parties online and receive commission and/or rewards in return.
- Earn up to 25% commission on all sales (excluding tax and shipping)
- Earn 50% discount on all products for the first 60 days and 25% after that.
- Join our Facebook Community Support Group where we share strategies, questions, promos and high fives.
- Receive access to Sparklefly Marketing Material to use online and offline
- Have first access to new products
- You will be provided with your own affiliate website to collect, track and process all of your orders at no cost to you.
- We do all of the shipping and include a hand written thank you card in each package. No inventory for you to keep or worry about shipping glass.
- We can add special promo items such as wick trimmers, Mini Moments, mini dishes etc to specified packages for a small fee.
- At time to time, when we have an overflow of Party Hostess requests through our site, we will distribute these requests to our Independent Sparklefly Team.
What does it cost to get started
There is no cost to become a Sparklefly Independent Sales Consultant but we do offer a starter kit to get you set up for success for a one time fee of $99. You may also use your discount to purchase display items, giveaways, etc.
